Welcome to the Fortinet UKI Channel Charity Q4 2024 Charity!

Welcome to the Fortinet Channel Q4 2024 Charity Just Giving Page! This year the Channel Team have decided to work with Sands for our annual Charity!

Why Sands

Sands work to support anyone affected by pregnancy loss or the death of a baby.

Sands operates across the UK and Ireland: supporting anyone affected by the death of a baby; working in partnership with health professionals to ensure that bereaved parents and families receive the best possible care; and promoting improvements in practice and funding research that could help to reduce the loss of babies’ lives. Sands depends on the amazing energies of our supporters to raise the vital funds that they need to deliver the wide range of services that they offer.

They save babies' lives by amplifying the voices of bereaved families and healthcare professionals, campaigning for change in policy and practice, and funding research to understand why babies die.

They carry out vital work to improve maternity safety through targeted research, campaigning for change, working with government and reducing inequalities in healthcare to save babies' lives.

They are made up of staff and volunteers who work together to ensure that anyone affected by the death of a baby has access to compassionate, experienced support. They offer one-to-one and group support through various bereavement support channels, local groups and Sands United football teams, their family and remembrance events provide virtual and physical bereavement resources such as memory boxes.

Help us to raise money to save babies’ lives and to support bereaved families.

Here is how!

Subscription/Optout/Fines Page!

• Subscription Fee/Renewal Fee: £20

• Optout fee: £300

• Fine: £10 (see below for the 10 commandments)

1. Talking whilst on mute

"Just like the Tin Man searching for his heart, you may have all the words ready but no sound to deliver them. Make sure your voice isn’t lost in the poppy fields of silence."

2. No work communication sent on a Sunday

"Even Dorothy needed a day of rest on her journey. Sundays are reserved for recharging, not work chatter. There’s no place like home, after all!"

3. Late for a meeting

"The White Rabbit had a habit of being late, but we’re in Oz, not Wonderland! Don't let the Wicked Witch's hourglass run out before you arrive."

4. Wardrobe misjudgment (e.g., double denim)

"Don’t be caught wearing ruby slippers with a mismatched outfit! Dress with the same care you’d take walking down the Yellow Brick Road."

5. ‘Scarecrow’ moment of foolishness

"If I only had a brain! We all have our Scarecrow moments, but let’s think things through before straw fills the boardroom."

6. SFDC Hygiene

"Just as the Emerald City gleams with perfection, keep SFDC sparkling and orderly. We don’t want the Flying Monkeys bringing chaos!"

7. Meeting room etiquette (leave it as you found it)

"When you leave the meeting room, remember how Dorothy and friends left the Emerald City—clean and tidy. No tornado aftermath here!"

8. Overdue Deal Registrations (no excuse)

"Don’t let the Wicked Witch of procrastination keep you from clicking your heels and getting it done on time. There’s no magic for excuses!"

9. Fine not paid in 24 hours (will double)

"Beware! Like the Wicked Witch’s broom, fines have a way of doubling if not swiftly handled. Pay up before the clock strikes!"

10. Missing training deadline

"Don’t let your brain turn to straw. Complete your training before the sands in the hourglass run out, or face the wrath of the Wizard!"

Thank you
