The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileNKF is challenging everyone to give up chocolate for the month of October. We know that giving up chocolate for a month might seem difficult, but remember its for good, not forever. By kissing goodbye to chocolate, Choctober participants will help NKF provide Help and Information to both renal patients and their carers. It does this via its website, its telephone Helpline, its advocacy officers, its quarterly magazine Kidney Life, its medical information leaflets and its annual conference. If the provision of renal services is thought to be lacking, then the NKF campaigns to get things changed. The NKF is run by kidney patients for kidney patients and is the largest renal patient charity in the UK. By joining in the Choctober challenge and donating money you would have spent on chocolate, you'll make a positive change to the lives of thousands. Not only will you be helping others, you''ll feel better for it too.
