The Vitality London 10000 on the 29th May 2017 is a fabulous 10km running event. A great distance for novice of more experienced runners the atmosphere is always electric. For our 10th Birthday this year we are trying to recruit the biggest Team Lily Yet. 

Every 20 minutes a child is born with genetic changes that cause symptoms by the age of 16. The disease is debilitating and there is no cure, lives are cut far too short. The Lily Foundation supports those families affected, raises awareness and funds vital research to find a cure.
