Story
This summer an intrepid group of 16 riders take part in The European Wanderers’ ‘Milan to Innsbruck’ charity bike ride, a 400-mile, four-day bike ride from Milan to the mountains of Austria with the aim of raising a combined minimum total of £20,000 for 4 different charities. Our chosen charities are: Mind, The Alzheimers Society, AMMF and Tommy’s
Starting in Milan the first day of riding takes us some 112 miles alongside Lake Como and up into the mountains. On day two, another 100 miler, we hit the huge and iconic climb of the Stelvio Pass which warms us up for day three when we ride further into the Dolomites to the Sellaronda. The fourth and final day of the ride takes us north along weaving cycle routes towards a well earned rest in Innsbruck.
