Story

As part of the Children’s Orthotic Team fundraising in 2022 a team of 4 volunteers will be attempting to cycle from Lands’ End to John O’Groats (LEJOG). This team includes one of our orthopaedic consultants David Rowland, friends Gregg Wyburn and Stuart Graham and Mel Dixon head of the Children’s Orthotic Service.
The team will pedal 1000 miles in 9 days. That’s an average of 110 miles every day for 9 days! Climbing a total of 16400m/54000ft, almost double Mount Everest. Hoping to raise £8000 doing the LEJOG cycle challenge.
