Mental health can and does effect us all at various stages in our life. In fact, every year 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem. Unfortunately though its often the unspoken illness. We are often too scared to talk about it, don't know where to go to get support and therefore end up trying to deal with it ourselves.
Mind and SAMH are fantastic charities with the sole purpose of being there to support us when we need it. They believe that no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. They rely heavily on donations and fund raising in order to help us So lets raise £75,000 to help them to be there for us when ever we may need it.
