Christmas, if you're lucky, is about home, family and happiness. If you're not so lucky, it is precisely the opposite.
Our Long Walk Home for Christmas is a team effort to raise at least £25000 to support vulnerable and often homeless ex servicemen and women, and help them find stability through training and work.
Starting at London's Cenotaph at 10.00pm on December 1st, we aim to walk 50 miles 'home' to West Sussex in one go, whatever the weather, to signal our support for the cause. If we reach our aim, we will enable the charity Walking with the Wounded to take a giant step forward in rolling their service out nationally.
