After a heroic performance at NAMS 2017, Manchester Medics FC are delighted to be hosting the 2018 National Association of Medical Schools football tournament.
As part of this years event we will be looking to use the occasion as a fundraising platform to raise money for charities close to the clubs heart, one of which is Pancreatic Cancer UK. PCUK have an active portfolio of research projects across the UK, and have so far invested £4million into fighting this devastating illness.
We encourage all players, Manchester based or not to get on board with our #challenge100 and join in with the fundraising. We have challenged all members of our club to raise at least £100 for our cause (you can keep up with their progress via this page).
Following NAMS we will also be making a personal matched donation to the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital for Ward 84, who are doing great work for the children, and families, affected by cancer and other blood diseases.
Happy fundraising!
