On the 17th December 2010 Richard Tyrrell tragically passed away, aged 22. Richard had lived with Type 1 Diabetes since the age of 16 and he was always hopeful of research that would deliver a future without the disease.
This is why his family, friends and colleagues have chosen to join “Team Rich” and enter the 2011 Windsor Half Marathon on 25 September 2011, raising money for Diabetes UK. Diabetes is a terrible disease that can take the healthiest and fittest from us even at a young age! So please give generously.
A massive thank you from everyone running.................
