Dreamt up by Jackie & Mark and some of their friends in 2015 after Jackie lost both her parents to cancer in the space of 18 months, the Dash raises money in support of our Palliative, Neurological and Bereavement support, challenging people to run 5km/3m every day in December.

Over the last four years, the event has grown from just 13 runners to over 400 participants internationally and now you can be part of it too, joining a community across the world taking on daily challenges throughout December.
