Founded 40 years ago, the British Transplant Games aim to raise awareness of the need for organ donation encourage transplant recipients to lead active lifestyles and show appreciation for, and remember, donors and their families.

The Transplant Games are an annual sporting event celebrating transplant patients and donor families.
