Organised by Aneurin Bevan Local Health BoardDinky Dragons is part of Aneurin Bevan Health Charity, run through the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at the Grange University Hospital , by a team of dedicated nurses providing support to parents during a very difficult time.
Dinky Dragons has a peer support group that works in partnership with the parents and Dinky Dragons Team.
The Dinky Dragons group meet up regularly, helping parents that have had babies cared for in the neonatal unit. This includes babies born out of their catchment area due to surgical issues or hospital capacity. The parents are passionate about sharing their experiences and supporting each other.
Donations will be used to buy equipment for premature and sick babies, to improve their quality of life and support parents throughout their NICU journey.
