Rare But Real walks are more than fundraising events - they’re a call to action. By participating in your own walk, you’re joining a community determined to bring sarcoma into the spotlight, advocate for early diagnosis, and push for equitable access to care.

Whether you’ve lived with sarcoma, supported someone who has, or are just beginning to learn about it, you’ll know this much is true: sarcoma is rare, but its impact is very real. Each year, 5,300 people in the UK are diagnosed – yet awareness, recognition, and treatment options still lag far behind where they need to be.
