Why not take on the Preston or Wigan 10k this September? We have a limited number of free places available and we are offering them to our supporters. All that we ask for in return is a minimum amount of £100 in sponsorship via an online platform. Each runner in Team Derian will receive a Derian House running vest or T-shirt, entry to their chosen event and a medal on completion. Each member of Team Derian will also receive the support of our Fundraising team who will help you along the way to raise money for our children and young people - just maybe not physically! 

This year Derian House Children's Hospice will need £3.95m to be able to provide support, care and respite for children and young adults with life-limiting or life-shortening conditions. This translates to almost £11,000 per day, or around £450 per hour. 

There are just 54 Children's Hospice's in the UK providing similar services to our own. We provide our services to help families across the whole of Lancashire and also within the borders of Cumbria and Greater Manchester. Currently we help over 350 families at Derian House, with around a further 100 in the comfort of their own home.
