Story
Amy, Cara, Chris and Claire are taking part in Tough Mudder to raise money and awareness for the Heads Together mental health partnership.
The partnership unites eight mental health charities, including Mind, CALM, Best Beginnings and Young Minds. Heads Together wants to help people feel much more comfortable with their everyday mental wellbeing and have the practical tools to support their friends and family.
