    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

    Story

On the 4th - 6th September 2017 the UK & Irish UCB Immunology Team will cycle the breadth of the UK for charity. From west coast to east coast, across some of the most spectacular and wild countryside that England has to offer. There will be 18 people participating and only a couple are enthusiastic cyclists. For the majority of the group cycling is only something we did as children.

We will be starting in Workington, cycling approximately 55miles per day, across some difficult terrain to our final destination in Whitby.

    ABOUT THE CHARITIES:
NASS provide support, advice and information to people with AS. We are committed to keeping people as informed as possible about AS. We believe that people who understand their AS and how it should be managed will have the best possible outcome.

Arthritis Ireland: Our vision is of a future free from arthritis. Until that is achieved, we are here to help people take control of their disease while we invest in research to find new treatments and, ultimately, a cure.

BRITSpA: Advancing knowledge and understanding of SpA in the UK
We are a group of professionals working in the UK with a commitment to advancing knowledge and treatment of spondyloarthritis.

    ABOUT UCB
UCB’s ambition is to transform the lives of people living with severe diseases. We focus on neurology and immunology disorders – putting patients at the center of our world. We are Inspired by Patients. Driven by Science.
We listen. Our medicines treat thousands of people around the world and we are engaging with patients, their families and healthcare professionals to address their unmet needs.
We want to enhance our understanding of disease and the real-life experiences of patients so that our teams are able to deliver the right drug and the right care to the right patient.
