Hello to everyone that has taken the time to look on my page.
My waist being the same as my height (62ins) and weighing 20 stone 4 pounds, wasn't enough for me to change. Because I made excuses that because I suffer from Myasthenia gravis and Lupus, and other medical conditions, that I conditioned myself to remaining FAT. This was in 2013.
13th September 2013, my daughter in law and son announced they were having a baby. The joy and delight I felt was immense. Though my thought came to not being able to do things with my grandchild, I could barely walk without getting out of breath.
So mum and I decided to lose weight. We didn't joined a club nor went into it 100%, just made slight changes.
My grandson was born in April 2014, and I weighed in at 15 stone 10 pounds with a 48 ins waist.
August 2014, mum died suddenly, and any weight loss ideas went out the window. Though I just ended up living on junk food and walked daily in pain to try and keep mentally strong, when all I wanted to do was just give up.
August 2015 I weighed in at 12 stone 2 pounds with a waist of 42 ins.
shocked by the junk I had been eating, though clearly showed that keeping busy was key for me.
A year later in, July 2016 I weighed in at 11 stone 11 pounds with a 42 waist.
This year in July I weighed in at 9 stone 5 pounds and a waist of 35 ins.
I never have been this size in my entire adult life.
Being left with the hanging skin, doesn't make me feel like a woman at all. I don't want this now to be a mental challenge. I have tried to love the skin I'm in, but its hard
Through having a thymectomy in 2005, now the metal ties under my skin, leave me in constant pain as they rub every second of the day against my wired bra from my rib cage.
I have managed to sell things, structure a finance plan, and be as strict as I can to save for surgery, though I just don't have enough.
I thank you all in advanced if anyone can help me at all
