Weʼre raising £20,000 to update and improve the facilities at the Hall, ensuring it remains an asset to our community for years to come.
- Lazonby, Penrith, UK
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Please help us to future-proof the hall and improve the facilities for all of our users today and in the future, ensuring our village hall remains an asset to the community.
For the first stage of our renovation we need to upgrade and improve the heating which will help with upkeep and running costs as well as making the hall a warmer and more welcoming place in the winter.
You can help by sponsoring us to do some of the following: -
£5.00 allows us to remove and replace a brick in the wall downstairs
£10.00 will help us replace the handrail on the steps to the undercroft
£20.00 pays for 1 metre out of the 100 metres of pipe we need to replace
£40.00 will replace a step. We need to replace 20
£100.00 can help us replace one of the 4 doors we need
£150.00 will contribute to the skip for the waste when we remove the old system
£200.00 funds one of the 15 radiators we need to replace. In fact, each radiator will bear a plaque reminding all users of your help for the next 30+ years.
£4,500 will pay for the state of the art boiler which will power the whole heating system
All donations will be recognised with scroll of honour or a plaque on the item you have supported. Indeed, sponsor the boiler and we‘ll name the boiler room after you!
Thank you for your help.
