Weʼre raising £1,685 to Purchase a fully equipped response bag for the Horsham Community First Responders.
- Horsham, UK
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
As part of the Year of Culture 2019, twenty riders from Horsham District Council will be taking on the challenge of the Vélo South - cycling 100 miles through the Horsham District. The route will encompass over 1,500 metres of climbing! With most of the team not having ridden half that distance, it’s set to be one of the hardest rides of their lives. The 100 mile closed-road event will take place on 23 September 2018.
The team will be raising money to support the vital life-saving work of the Horsham Community First Responders - a group of 15 volunteers who provide immediate care to members of the community who have fallen ill. The money raised will enable the team to purchase a fully equipped response bag for their newly qualified member. For more details please see their website: www.horshamresponders.org
