FUNDRAISING FUNDAMENTALS

Track and report your performance

Learn how to track results across the three stages of peer‑to‑peer fundraising.

Including page creation, Page activation, and Page value—and which reports to use.

Page creation: what to track

  • New Fundraising Pages created this week/month
  • Pages with a specific event date
  • Campaign Page connections (are Fundraising Pages linked to your Campaign Page?)

Where to find these reports

  • START PLAN: Not available in Start Plan.

  • GROW PLAN: Go to your Reports tab and look at Fundraising Pages created / expiring / with event dates (filter by your Campaign Page name or Event ID to focus on a specific campaign).

Page activation: what to track

  • Activation rate (% of pages with at least one donation)
  • Time‑to‑first‑donation (how long it takes after page creation)

Where to find these reports

  • START PLAN: Your Campaign Page’s fundraiser leaderboard shows which fundraisers have gotten donations and who’s raised the most money for you.

  • GROW PLAN: Go to your Reports tab and filter for date ranges to spot first‑donation patterns (use Event or Campaign filters to narrow to a specific appeal).

Page value: what to track

  • Average raised per page and median raised per page
  • Gift Aid (UK) claim rate and total Gift Aid (where applicable)
  • Repeat donors and team contributions

Where to find these reports

  • START PLAN: Not available in Start Plan.

  • GROW PLAN: Go to your Reports tab and use your Payment Reports to see a detailed breakdown of donations paid to your charity (includes Gift Aid for UK charities). Access your Fundraising Page Reports to see your supporters’ contact details and amounts raised.

Your 10-minute monthly reporting routine

Use this simple four-step workflow to track how your campaign’s performing and give your team an update each month.

1

Open your Fundraising Page Reports and filter by your Campaign Page or Event ID. Export the “Pages created” list for the past month.

2

Check activation: from the same report, filter to pages with donations; note the activation rate and average time‑to‑first‑donation.

3

Open your Payment Reports and export totals for the same period; note Gift Aid (UK) and average raised per page.

4

Share a one‑pager internally: top fundraisers, activation rate, average page value, total raised, and ideas for 2–3 actions to improve next month.
