Track your campaign’s page creation, page activation, and page value.

Page creation: what to track

 

New Fundraising Pages created

Grow Plan: Go to Reports > Fundraising Page Reports, then filter by pages created, expiring, or with event dates. You can also filter by your Campaign Page name or Event ID to find specific campaigns.

Start Plan: Check your Campaign Page to see when new Fundraising Pages are created for you.

 

Fundraising Pages with an event date

Grow Plan: Go to Reports > Fundraising Page Reports, then filter by pages with event date, Campaign Page name, or Event ID.

 

Connected Fundraising Pages

Grow Plan: Go to Reports > Fundraising Page Reports. Generate a Fundraising Page Report, then filter by Pages with the Event Date of the specific event. In the Appeal Name column, you can identify which pages aren’t connected to your campaign yet. Note: Fundraising Pages won’t appear in your reports until they’re connected to your campaign. Page activation: what to track

 

Activation rate (% of pages with at least one donation)

Grow Plan: Go to Reports > Fundraising Page Reports, then filter by Amount Raised. You can also filter by your Campaign Page name or Event ID to find specific campaigns.

Start Plan: Check your Campaign Page’s leaderboard to see which fundraisers have received donations and who’s raised the most money for you.

 

Time to first donation

Grow Plan: Go to Reports > Fundraising Page Reports, then filter by date range to spot first‑donation patterns. You can also filter by Campaign or Event to narrow your results to a specific appeal.

Page value: what to track

 

Average raised per page and median raised per page

Grow Plan: To see your fundraisers’ contact details and how much they raised, go to Reports > Fundraising Page Reports.

Start Plan: Track your fundraisers’ progress by going to your Campaign Page, clicking their names, then looking at the totaliser on their Fundraising Page.

 

Total Gift Aid and Gift Aid claim rate (where applicable)

Grow Plan: Go to Reports > Payment Reports to see a detailed breakdown of donations paid to your charity, including Gift Aid for UK charities.

 

Repeat donors and team contributions

Grow Plan: Go to Reports > Fundraising Page Reports to see how much your fundraisers’ (including Team Pages) raised for your charity.
