No-one knows your fundraising story better than you do. And whether you’ve raised awareness, shared something personal, or pushed yourself beyond your comfort zone – telling your story could inspire thousands more to take action.
Here’s what to include:
- What motivated you to start fundraising
- The cause you chose and why it matters to you
- The impact you’ve made – emotionally, socially or financially
- Any personal obstacles you overcame
- What you hope others take away from your journey
💡 Be real, be honest. You don’t need to have raised the most – we’re celebrating courage, creativity and compassion.
👏 Nominating a fundraiser
If you’ve been moved by someone’s fundraising efforts – now’s the time to tell us. Whether they’re a close friend, family member, or someone you only know through a JustGiving page, your nomination could help get them the recognition they deserve.
Here’s what to include:
- What makes this fundraiser remarkable
- The cause they supported and how they approached it
- The impact of their efforts – on others, their community or the cause itself
- What sets them apart – a challenge they faced, or how they inspired you
- How their story made you feel
💡 You don’t need all the technical details. Just share what made their fundraising unforgettable.
🧡 Nominating a supporter
Working at a charity, you’ll know that your supporters are the heart of your organisation. And some of them go far and beyond expectations. Whether they’ve shared lived experiences or raised awareness around your mission, this is your chance to thank them.
Here’s what to include:
- Why this team or individual means so much to your charity
- How they’ve contributed to your mission or made an impact in the last 18 months
- Examples of how they’ve inspired others to get involved
- The difference their fundraising has made – financially or emotionally
💡 Think of the people who truly embody your values – not just the biggest fundraisers, but those who’ve moved hearts as well as numbers.

We’re looking for incredible people who’ve gone above and beyond to raise money on JustGiving. People making change and inspiring others to make a difference to inspire the next generation.
You can nominate anyone who has used JustGiving to raise money for a charity or personal cause in the last 18 months.

Instead of a traditional awards ceremony, we’ll be creating unforgettable moments that shine a spotlight on our amazing fundraisers to share with you online.
