Set up in loving memory of Jane Burn, the Three Bears Foundation received its name from Jane’s nickname for her son “Chrissy Bear”. The Burn family affectionately became known as “The Three Bears”. Jane tragically passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2017. Since then, countless others have joined Chris in raising awareness of one of the most under-diagnosed and least understood of cancers – pancreatic cancer.
We know what it’s like. We’ve been there too. And we are determined to fight and overcome pancreatic cancer with everything we’ve got
Huge shout out to the Class of 2018! We had guys run the New York Marathon, Yorkshire and various half marathons across the UK. You were the first of many to join the team and lace up your trainers for PCUK. Legends one and all.
If you are new to the team... Thank you for joining the team in whatever fundraising capacity. We are still on our goal to raising £100,000 to kick-start a research project at Cambridge University.
