The Grade One-a-thon is a project that has been set up by the Music Department at Wycombe High School. Staff, friends and governors of the school have been challenged to learn a new instrument and pass a Grade One exam in 6 months - no mean feat, especially as many of those taking part are complete beginners!
We are raising money for the 'Play Your Part' campagin, which aims to raise £1.5 million in order to build a desperately needed new Music block and upgrade Performing Arts facilities across the school. We have set ourselves the target of raising £10 000 for this campaign.
