I'm hoping to raise as much money as possible for International Rescue Committee UK who are doing important work supporting and rehabilitating refugees.

So I've set myself a challenge, to go vegan for the whole of January with #WarwickVeganuary (http://www.veganuary.com/), and it'll be very difficult considering my love of chocolate, cheese and mayo.
