Story

Hi! Thanks for coming this far!  Rachel Hall got knocked down nearly 5 years ago and suffered horrendous injuries which have left her paralysed from the chest down with limited arm movement and a brain injury.

She's still the same old Rachel though so is determined to raise money to help others recover from injuries and to pay back some of the cost of a fantastic powered wheelchair funded by the Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund.  Rachel is pictured standing in her wheelchair amongst some of her team-mates.

She aims to be the first paraplegic to complete the 10k Commando Challenge, including the Water Tunnel, Peter's Pool and Smartie Tube, which involves a sedan chair, a stretcher and a team of helpers.  To find out more, go to this site: http://www.commandochallenge.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=5&Itemid=5

Oh, she also wants to get really muddy!
