I have decided to run the London Marathon next year so I am able to raise money for an extremely worthy charity. When our son Bailey was born he spent the first week of his life in a High Dependency Unit and received very specialist treatment in the first hours of his life, using specialist equipment. Without the expertise and knowledge of the Doctors and Nurses he may not be the healthy happy boy he is now. Sparks provide the funding into such research and equipment and hopefully my fundraising can help other babies like Bailey to defy the odds.
