Dear Industry Colleagues, friends and family - those of you who know me well know that I'm prone to doing some crazy (almost always 100% legal) challenges to push myself (and mainly to give me motivation to get fit & off my lard-arse) while raising money for great causes.

Well it's been a couple of years since I've done anything major/crazy so here goes  - starting on 30th June we will be leaving the Millennium Dome in London to cycle  300 miles to Utrecht (somewhere in Holland I'm reliably told) for the start of the Tour De France in just 4 days..

Set up over 10 years ago, Light Fund is an umbrella charity for the Licensing Industry and it has now raised in excess of £700,000 for several worthy causes (click on link below).
