In memory of Katie Compson
We fund life-saving research to help cancer patients everywhere.

Story

So myself and my wonderful siblings Claire, Helen and Will are running, cycling and swimming our way through the Vitality Sprint Triathlon on the 30th of May in London's Hyde Park.

A grand total of a 750m swim, 22.5km bike ride followed by a lovely 5km run. Yes we may seem mad but we are not, surprisingly, doing this all for fun. A very dear and amazing friend of ours, Katie Compson, sadly passed away from Cervical Cancer aged just 33 and we hope to raise as much money as possibly, through your kind donations, for The Katie Compson Foundation.

The Katie Compson Foundation is a separate identifiable fund within The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity established by her wonderful family and friends to raise funds for the Royal Marsden with twin objectives of improving pain management for cancer patients in the NHS as a whole and supporting the research into solutions for this most insidious of diseases.

About the charity

We raise money solely to support The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer centre. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and ground-breaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, we will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.
