Visiting the Nahr al-Bared refugee camp in Lebanon a few years ago is still one of the most shocking things I've ever seen and experienced.

I have been a supporter of MAP for several years now. After a sponsored cycle from Richmond to Windsor with MAP last year, I was keen to do more. I will be cycling through the West Bank including Nablus, Qalqilya, Ramallah, Jericho, Hebron, Bethlehem and Jerusalem.
