Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 31st of July, Monty Browne and I will be cycling the Prudential Ride London. The ride starts in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London, then follows a 100-mile route on closed roads through the capital and into Surrey’s stunning countryside, a lot of the route follows the course the Olympians took at the 2012 London Olympics, with leg-testing climbs.  It is a tough challenge. We aim to complete it within 8 hours. The race finishes on The Mall in Central London.  I have set myself a target of raising £2,000 for two charities, which are
Casting for Recovery and Fishing4schools.

About the charity

Many children and young people know little about the countryside and rural way of life. Its programme of educational initiatives will introduce them, and their teachers, to the beauty, importance and diversity of our rural heritage, inspiring them to become passionate about its future and protect it for future generations.
