On the 31^st of July, Monty Browne and I will be cycling the Prudential Ride London. The ride starts in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London, then follows a 100-mile route on closed roads through the capital and into Surrey’s stunning countryside, a lot of the route follows the course the Olympians took at the 2012 London Olympics, with leg-testing climbs.  It is a tough challenge. We aim to complete it within 8 hours. The race finishes on The Mall in Central London.  I have set myself a target of raising £2,000 for two charities, which are
Casting for Recovery and Fishing4schools.
