I am riding this event to raise money for the British Heart Foundation, a charity that helps thousands of people each year and with more awareness and money can reach out to thousands more. 

Last Christmas I lost my father-in-law to heart failure. I don't want anyone else to have to go through that lost. If this can make more people aware of heart disease and give more money to a worthy cause it will make the 100 miles worth it! 

My aim is raise £1000, which equates to: 

£10 per mile

Which at 15 mph avg. would be ~ £2.50 a minute!
