I think everyone knows someone who has had to face this horrific disease, You all know my Dad has terminal cancer; he has fought so hard over the last two years, having being diagnosed with Bowel Cancer, followed by Lung Cancer, Liver Cancer and Leukaemia, yet has always remained positive and strong.

My brother and I have both faced our own challenges with various forms of Cancer and I have seen close friends battle with cancer, Pete’s Dad sadly passed away from Cancer before I met him and so know only too well that this disease can destroy families within months.  Valuable research is needed to help find cures so that people can move on from cancer and learn to live their lives again.
