This page has been created in loving memory of Ashleigh Frianeza Cotton, a beautiful baby girl who is now a precious angel (Dec 2015). We were able to spend 3 days with our Ashleigh, creating positive memories in her short life of how strong she was right till the end.

The most amazing medical team brought our baby girl into the world, weighing a tiny 1lbs 4oz born at 28 weeks gestation. Unfortunately her battle was lost 3 days later due to her prematurity and very low birthweight. We cannot thank the foetal medicine team enough at QMC (Ms Ramsey especially), two fantastic midwives Christa (Lucas's birth)& Kathryn (Ashleigh's birth), the Neonatal team who kept her going for those few days of her life, the SANDS (stillborn & bereavement) and BLISS (premature babies) charities who have provided brilliant postnatal & bereavement care to us all as a family.

in addition to this, all of the same staff & teams at QMC were able to bring my son Lucas into the world in 2012, weighing 1bs 14oz at 32 weeks gestation & he is a very happy and healthy 3 yr old now.

We are looking to raise funds for the above charity BLISS and the QMC neonatal unit as they both do a brilliant job in such difficult times for parents, families and friends.

Several events are going to be taken part in over the next couple of years and for the foreseeable future, such as Lincoln 10K 2016 being the main one for this year. Participants so far are:

Mark Cotton, Paul Haytree, John Haytree, Beth Haytree, Jason Crookes, Chris Milns, Louise Milns, Laura Bowman, Sarah Willis, Aaron Clarkson & Michelle Gregory.
