We support people at risk of homelessness to make sure there's a home for everyone

Story

On 20th September 2015, 50 cyclists will set off on a sponsored cycle to raise funds for Shelter Scotland’s vital work to improve the lives of homeless and badly-housed people in Scotland and support our housing advice helpline.  The helpline supports families and individuals in Scotland to understand their rights, keep their homes and to find a long-term solutions to housing problems.  This year we hope to match last years target of £10,000 once again! That’s enough for us to support over 400 families across Scotland.

This year, both Grant Thornton and Hudson have joined forces to help us again, and are joined by a team from Scottish Gas and a number of other brave Scottish riders prepared to tackle either the 50 mile or 100 mile course.

Please support our riders by donating as much or as little as you can. Every penny raised will go to Shelter Scotland to continue their invaluable work in tackling the housing crisis and supporting some of the most vulnerable people and families in our society.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Shelter Scotland helps over half a million people a year struggling with bad housing or homelessness – and campaigns to prevent it in the first place.  www.shelterscotland.org
