This year at DBS we’ve decided to help the BCA reach their target of raising £25K for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

The Teen Cancer Trust is a vitally important charity bringing hope, companionship and comfort to teenagers struggling with cancer. Their work includes:

·       Funding new units, specifically for teenagers (many teens have to share wards with much younger children; wards normally designed and developed with younger children in mind)

·         Improving access to Specialists

·         Social events and group support retreats

·         Improving education and awareness of teen cancers to enable early detection

·         Working with families to offer support through difficult times

·        In order to help them continue their great work, we are aiming to cycle 

200km in 24hrs!

We need your help!

The Radisson Blu are teaming up with DBS to offer day passes to use the exercise bikes in their gym (close to the East Midlands Airport), and we need your cycling skills! Whether you can offer 10 minutes on your way to work, a bit of your lunch break, a small part of your day, a bit of time in the evening – we need it all!

We are hoping to get a lot of press involvement, so if you would like to be involved (we’ll even accept 5 mins of cycling, as long as you cycle fast) please let us know so we can include you (if you wish) in our press releases.
