Having (just)reached 60 years, I want to undertake a challenge to raise funds for a charity that does so much to support the Royal Air Force family. The RAFBF provides rapid assistance in times of real need, together with on-going support to Veterans, Service Personnel and their families.  The video below gives a brief insight into the range of work undertaken by the Fund; however, a short clip can't fully show the impact of this support on many people.

I am paying my costs for this challenge directly. I am very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund and I can assure you that all funds raised through sponsorship will go to them. 
In addition to supporting the RAFBF, you can have the satisfaction of knowing that you are playing your part in encouraging an overweight 60 year old to continue making an exhibition of himself, although there is no prospect of any Lycra!
