I'm doing the Great North Run for the 1st this year after a disastrous attempt at playing 5-a-side with people half my age. I was so unfit I was sick in a bin afterwards but luckily it was outside Rafferty's on Pink Lane so no-one noticed.

Anyway I digress I'm running for the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation to support the world class work they do fighting cancer. We've all been affected by it in someway so any donations are gratefully accepted and go to a fantastic cause.
