In September 2012 Nicola was tragically taken from her family whilst doing the job she loved. All five of us work for Greater Manchester Police and we all love the job we do, just as Nicola did. We were all touched by her death and we all want to help make a difference like her Dad is doing. We are not able to go to the North Pole to do the marathon but we are are going to run the distance starting on 1st December and finishing on the day Nicola's Dad sets off for the North Pole.  This equates to doing 2 miles each day and for those of you that know Tracey know this will be hard work as she doesn't run!
