We are a group of York City supporters who are going to cycle from Bootham Crescent, York to Northampton Town's Sixfields Stadium for the Football match that takes place between the two sides on the 6th of February 2016 raising money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of David Henderson who sadly passed away at a fixture between the two sides in 2014.

This will be the second year of the event and we will be looking to build on and improve last year’s fantastic total of £7,233.44. To help us achieve this, we have increased the number of cyclists that will be partaking in and organising many more pre-cycle fundraising events.

Confirmed riders are Ian Jones, Dan Waterworth, Ben Nicholson, Adam Livingston, Tom Poole, Craig Atkin, Oli Stone, Robert Corker, Ash Taylor, Ryan & Nathan Brigham, James Patterson, James Calverley, Darren Skillbeck, Shaun Wathey, and Russell Leeming 

Our first pre cycle event is the York City FC family fun day on Sunday the 26^th of July where we will be auctioning off several pieces of football memorabilia amongst other items.

Our main side event culminates in a raffle which will be held on the 3rd of March in conjuction with the York Minstermen fan group's monthly quiz. There are over 30 prizes with the main 3 being £100 in cash, a signed 2014-15 Bayern Munich shirt signed by the squad, and a signed Ronaldo Real Madrid shirt. Prices are £5 a strip, £10 for 3. We will also be holding a bucket collection at both the game at Northampton when we arrive on the 6th of February and also on Tuesday the 23rd of February when the two teams play in York.
