South and City College Birmingham has always been actively engaged in raising vital funds for various charities.

This year is no different. We have decided to take on a Coast2Coast Cycle Challenge, led by our Principal Mike Hopkins, for Teenage Cancer Trust in association with the Stephen Staunton Foundation - helping to improve the quality of life for young people.

This mammoth charity bike ride will begin on Sunday 20th July in Cleethorpes on the east coast, travel across land to Holyhead on the west coast, sail over to Dublin, south to Rosslare, back over on the ferry to Fishguard across to Barry Island, on down to Weymouth on the south coast and back to Birmingham via Coventry on Sunday 27th July - a staggering 800 miles of cycling - seven coastlines in 7 amazing days!

Last Day Ride

On Sunday 27th July the last stage is open to everyone who would like to take part riding from the Ricoh Arena in Coventry to South and City College's Campus at Digbeth.

If you would like to join us on this epic challenge or on the last day ride please visit www.challengesccb.co.uk for a registration form and sponsorship form.
